Cole Trucksport became the latest recipients of the Rydam Universal Team of the Weekend Award at Pembrey, after making a popular return to the British Truck Racing Championship paddock with Simon Cole and Archie Handy.

The father-son duo from Kent were absent from the second event of the season at Thruxton due to mechanical issues but after tireless hard work back at base, they returned in South Wales and delivered some strong performances.

Continuing to fine tune their new machines as the weekend progressed, both Cole and Handy enjoyed strong showings as they effectively kick-started their campaigns with their new Iveco Trucks.

Launched by series partners Rydam Universal for the 2026 season, the award is designed to recognise the efforts of mechanics and team members – all of who are often the unsung heroes of each round.

As part of their prize, the Cole Trucksport team were also presented with a product from fellow championship sponsors, Milwaukee Tools and Northside.
