The British Truck Racing Championship is delighted to announce that it has extended its partnership with Road Transport Media until at least the end of the 2024 season.
Having already enjoyed a successful relationship since 2016, this latest extension take the partnership into at least an eighth consecutive year.
This new extended partnership will ensure extensive and in-depth media coverage for the BTRC across titles such as Truck & Driver, Commercial Motor, Transport News and Motor Transport – both in print and online.
In addition to the regular features, news, competitions and video blogs that will be published between both parties, the Road Transport Media logo will also feature across podium backdrops and promotional materials throughout the year.
Vic Bunby, Road Divisional Director, said: “Road Transport Media are pleased to have further extended our media arrangement with the BTRC for a further two race seasons.
“During this time we will continue to work with the team at Truck Sport UK to support their race activities with the Convoy Truck events through our leading brands which include Transport News, Commercial Motor, Truck & Driver and Motor Transport.
“The package that has been agreed between the two parties will mean that editorial content and advertising solutions will run across the brands – both online and offline – to promote the events together whilst also reporting on them.
“We’ve been involved in Convoy in the Park since its inception and we remain proud to co-own the brand along with Truck Sport UK. Together, we will continue to drive it forward; it’s set to be another great season.”
“Having Road Transport Media commit themselves to the British Truck Racing Championship for a further two seasons is absolutely fantastic and will only serve to grow the interest of the series even more,” added Steve Thomas, Truck Sport UK Director.
“The longevity of this successful partnership showcases the appeal of the BTRC and alongside our live stream agreement, we have the opportunity to expand our ever-growing reach for new and existing fans even further.”
