Without question, Donington Park is the spiritual home of the British Truck Racing Championship as it was at the Leicestershire venue back in September 1984 that the inaugural British Truck Grand Prix took place.

In the subsequent years that have followed, the heavyweight behemoths of the series have continued to return to its roots to tackle the sweeping corners and fast back section that has always produced great racing.

As the 2026 campaign begins to wind its way towards the business end of the season, this weekend will be crucial in deciding who remains in contention for title honours in both Division 1 and Division 2.

Five action-packed truck races will serve as the headline act to what is ‘Convoy in the Park’ – the ultimate two-day festival for fans of trucks which will include a bumper support race programme, show truck display, stunt shows, live music, food stalls and much more.
