BTRC aligns with Neil Yates Recovery and ALCO Plant Hire for 2025 season

The British Truck Racing Championship can today (25th February) announce that Neil Yates Recovery and ALCO Plant Hire are the series’ official recovery partners for the 2025 season.

Powerhouses of the haulage industry that both boast decades of experience, Neil Yates Recovery and ALCO Plant Hire will provide recovery services to any competing trucks that require it at all UK rounds for the forthcoming campaign.

The tie-up comes off the back of Yates’ own personal involvement in the series, where is set to embark on his second full-season in Division 1 – racing under the 333 Motorsport banner.

“As the owner and Managing Director Neil Yates Recovery and ALCO Plant Hire, I’m pleased to confirm that I’ll be getting further involved with the British Truck Racing Championship this year,” said Yates.

“Since debuting in July 2023 I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the experience of competing and hope to progress further. Coming from a transport background that’s spanned many years in haulage, there can be no better sport in my opinion that encompasses our operation.

“The grid is full for this season and sponsors – such as us – are paramount in assisting in the development of each and every event, pushing this wonderful sport to the forefront of everyone’s attention.”

Steve Thomas, Truck Sport UK Director, added: “It is fantastic to be able to have Neil Yates Recovery and ALCO Plant Hire come on-board for the forthcoming season; I speak for everyone when I say the services they provide are without question of the highest quality.

“Neil’s existing affiliation with the championship has enabled this partnership to grow organically and with his presence – both on and off the track – I’m sure we’re in for another successful season of competition.”

The 2025 British Truck Racing Championship season commences at Brands Hatch on April 19-20.
