Weekend Guide: Thruxton – July 6/7 2024

The British Truck Racing Championship speeds into the fastest circuit in the country this weekend (July 6/7) as Thruxton gets set to host what promises a blockbuster third meeting of the 2024 season.

Renowned for delivering breathtaking action, the annual visit to the high-speed Hampshire circuit is one that is not to be missed – and our full weekend guide will ensure you’re up-to-date with everything you need to know.

ENTRY LIST

All eyes will be on Division 2 this weekend as reigning champion Paul Rivett makes a triumphant return to the series after being forced to watch on from the sidelines at Pembrey

The NAPA Racing UK driver suffered a broken ankle prior to the second round of the season and relinquished his seat to British Touring Car Championship star Sam Osborne, who tallied a brace of wins on his truck racing debut.

Now fighting fit, Rivett – who claimed a clean sweep of wins at the season-opener – is back behind the wheel and set to chase down those ahead of him in the standings.

In Division 1, Stuart Oliver is expected to be ready to race after mechanical issues ruled him of scoring any points at Pembrey.
